We offer world class Freestyle, Greco Roman and Folkstyle training. All of our coaches are required to be 3-Dimensional (physical, mental, emotion) Certified, USA Wrestling Copper and Bronze Certified and US Safety Certified.

Collectively, our team has decades of proven experience at the highest level of wrestling and coaching at both the high school, college (DI and DII) and international levels.

Our outstanding coaching staff takes a multi-dimensional approach that goes beyond technical training. We help our athletes grow as wrestlers and as people by teaching skills that matter both on and off the mat.
