PRIVATE LESSONS
We offer private lessons to wrestlers who are seeking additional instruction outside of the regular NOVA training sessions. Wrestlers of all levels are eligible for privates.
This is the fastest and most sure-fire way for your wrestler to master essential techniques and target their specific red flag areas.
Working One-on-One and Small Group Sessions with one of our coaches allows for maximum attention and training customization. Private coaches correct bad habits by seeing and feeling your wrestler’s positioning. This is imperative when working out the fine points of pressure and positioning while mastering techniques.
Details
- Private Lessons are provided by the coach of your choice.
- $60 per hour for 1 wrestler or $50 per hour for 2 wrestlers.
- You arrange payment with the coach.
