Learn to Wrestle with NOVA

Free Introductory Classes this Fall!

NOVA is running three, FREE introductory wrestling classes this fall at the NOVA Wrestling Complex in Fairfax, VA. We will introduce your child to the world’s oldest martial art in a safe, constructive, and positive environment. Registration includes a t-shirt, 3 practices, and parent education and Q&A session during each practice.

Dates: 9/20, 10/11, 11/8 *all Fridays*

Time: 7-8:30PM

Location: James Madison High School (2500 James Madison Dr, Vienna, VA 22181) *enter through main gym doors and follow signs to wrestling room*
