- The clinic will be limited to 30 wrestlers to ensure quality control and adequate space.

Wrestlers need to bring a water bottle, shoes, snacks, and an extra t-shirt.
This camp is FREE for NOVA Gold members
$85 NOVA Members and existing VA Hammers Dual Team Members / $95 for non-members
Housekeeping notes:
-No bags or will be permitted in the practice room area; wrestlers are required to store ALL items in a locker
-Parents are welcome to watch; the parent lounge will have a viewing area via TVs
-Parking in the Circle Auto lot or the street ONLY; do not park in the NOVA Retail space or you will get towed
